Daily Draw: Gateway Oracle Cards, Making a Difference
Been mulling this one. According to the book the card represents making a difference to the lives of others in ways we do not know. Not feeling it today. Oh well.
One of the symptoms of an approaching nervous breakdown is the belief that one’s work is terribly important.

That card does make it feel like it needs to be something big and life-changing. Maybe just try to be kind, whether people deserve it or not today. That seems a little more attainable. :)
ReplyDeleteIt does. A good place to begin. Thank you
DeleteYes you do, by sharing your thoughts on your blog, you touch your readers and stir their thoughts and so on(ripple effect) :)
ReplyDeleteOh thank you kind of you to say :)
DeleteI am a shy introvert. But I've learned to smile at everyone I pass, or compliment then on something. Some don't respond but those who do are willing to engage. I always salute at veterans with their hats or jackets showing they served. It doesn't take much to be a bight spot in someone's day. Today at Fred's I was in the kitchen stuff isle. I mentioned to the young lady in the isle with me how nice it is to have cheery colors now and she laughed and said though she didn't need anything it make her happy to look. You give by sharing your viewpoint with us. I thank you for that.
ReplyDeleteAnd I thank you for sharing that story from your day. It made me smile :)
